Some technical changes 11 Jan 2011 Raise your eyes to the menu at the top of this pages, and you will see a new menu item “Categories”. A feature of my theme allows me to set up drop down menus with subordinate menus so I finally got around to setting one up for my main categories of posts. If you mouseover the main menu and then the submenus, you can find my posts on a number of crucial subjects. For example, mouseover “Species and Systematics” and you will see “Natural Classification”, which will give you my present research. There’s even a Category for “Rants” if you like that sort of thing, with a submenu for “Sermons”. I haven’t done an Eighth Day Adventist sermon for a while… must get onto that. Enjoy. I will add more as I get time, inspiration and alcohol. You can do a more extensive search for categories with the drop down menu at the right, under “Archives”. Administrative

Go to the real Science Blogs site for information on the actual blogs. Although I have a Creative Commons license, this doesn’t mean that anyone… Read More

I met many interesting people (below the fold I tell you about a few). My only objection was that there was too much data! I’m a philosopher, Jim, not a scientist. Actually,… Read More
Awesome, thanks John — I was actually looking for that feature on your site today and totally missed the topside menu!
I always feel that anyone with a “Best of…” category should also have a “Worst of…” category too. It seems only fair.
